Alex Jones sends out the call to all patriots, time to fire up those DVD burners,
Police State 4 will drop in later this month.

Police State 4 The Rise of FEMA:

Tyranny is HERE! The grim future foretold in 1984 has become reality. The United States is now recognized globally as one of the most oppressive police states on earth. And it’s only getting worse.

POLICE STATE 4 chronicles the sickening depths to which our republic has fallen. Veteran documentary filmmaker Alex Jones conclusively proves the existence of a secret network of FEMA camps, now being expanded nationwide. The military industrial complex is transforming our once free nation into a giant prison camp. A cashless society control grid, constructed in the name of fighting terrorism, was actually built to enslave the American people. Body scanners, sound cannons, citizen spies, staged terror and cameras on every street corner — it’s only the beginning of the New World Order’s hellish plan.

This film exposes how the “Continuity of Government” program has established an all powerful shadow state. Prepare to enter the secretive world of emergency dictatorship, FEMA camps, and a shredded Constitution. Witness police and military savagely attacking innocent citizens as our own government unleashes false flag operations to justify its oppression. Then watch as Alex Jones takes on corrupt mercenary police and exposes mainstream media brainwashing.

THE POLICE STATE ISN’T COMING, IT’S HERE!

US Unlikely to Have Enough Vaccines to Stop Avian Flu

The 19 medical experts who attended the Pandefense 1.0 meeting in November gave a median estimate of a less than 1 percent chance that the U.S. will have adequate stockpiles of vaccines or antiviral drugs to prevent a pandemic within the next three years. The same experts gave a median estimate of 15 percent for the probability that the avian flu virus will mutate into a strain that can spread efficiently by human-to-human contact within that time. Their median worst-case estimate of the number of people who would die, should that happen, was 6 million in the United States and 180 million worldwide. Their median best-case estimates were 500,000 dead in the United States and 20 million worldwide. (Source : Bird Flu News )

“It surprised me that they thought it was going to be this bad,” said Wandi Bruine De Bruin, lead author of the study and research faculty member in the Department of Social and Decision Sciences at Carnegie Mellon.

The survey also included 17 non-medical experts from a variety of fields who were more pessimistic about the likelihood of human-to-human transmission, giving a median 60 percent chance that it would occur within three years. They did, however, have more faith in medical science, giving a median 15 percent chance of the United States having enough vaccine and a 30 percent chance that the nation would have enough antiviral medications to halt a pandemic.

“The medical experts’ estimates suggest this is a bigger risk than anything else we are facing,” said Baruch Fischhoff, a study co-author and the Howard Heinz University Professor of Social and Decision Sciences and Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon.

Both the medical and the non-medical experts agreed that the greatest hope for mitigating the effects of an avian flu outbreak among humans lies in heightened global surveillance and, should the virus become pandemic, hand washing, mask wearing and social distancing. Unfortunately, the efficacy of such strategies in preventing the spread of infectious diseases has not been extensively studied, Bruine de Bruin said. Although the federal government has expressed a commitment to open communication about these risks, its messages have not yet been scientifically evaluated, according to Fischhoff.

Bird flu has hit 55 countries, killed more than 500 people and seems to be spreading quickly, the U.N. official in charge of tracking the virus said Wednesday.

Dr. David Nabarro said the virus has led to the deaths of some 200 million birds and has impoverished millions of small poultry farmers.

Between 2003 and 2005 the virus was reported in 15 countries. But in the first four months of this year it has moved rapidly to 30 new countries, with major outbreaks in Turkey, Iraq, Israel, Gaza, Egypt, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Myanmar, India, Nigeria, Niger, Cameroon and Bukina Faso.

“I suspect we’re going to see further spread of H5N1 into other countries,” he said, referring to the deadly and virulent strain of the virus.

“This is very similar to the virus that caused the influenza pandemic of 1918,” Nabarro said. It’s not identical but it’s similar. … So therefore, the 1918 virus, which caused this huge pandemic associated with 40 million deaths, seems to have a successor waiting in the wings.”

Nabarro, the U.N.’s chief coordinator for avian influenza, spoke at a meeting organized by the United Nations Foundation on how to inform people around the world of the bird flu threat.

He said the H5N1 virus is known to have stricken more than 200 people, but it probably has affected “many, many more.”

Muitos Direitos E Poucos Ou Nenhum Dever

Retrieving Public Death Records Online

One of the first public records is Public Death Records. They started in the early 1900′s and form today’s Vital Public Records in conjunction with Birth, Divorce and Marriage Records. As with other public records, Public Death Records is not a voluntary or optional procedure. It is determined and mandated by the discretion of the authorities.

The information that can be derived from Public Death Records includes the personal particulars of the deceased, spouse, children and parents, time and place of death, death certificate, burial and funeral matters. It is also customary to insert an obituary into death records, especially when the deceased had been a distinguished or accomplished figure.

Some of the information contained in Death Records Search is actually quite private and people are known to be sensitive about it. That’s why there can be restrictions on their accessibility and use, death records being public records notwithstanding. Other than that, Public Death Records are by and large freely available from government agencies and private sources alike.

People Find Death Records for a multitude of reasons and purposes most predominant of which are catching up on long lost friends, tracing family trees and researching specific individuals. They are also widely used in Genealogy and other historical studies and are a primary resource for the Police and other enforcement bodies in their criminal investigation work.

Different states have different laws governing the access and use of Public Death Records. Furthermore, the death record databases of the various states are not linked. That means if it is not known which state precisely is the subject’s state of residence, a state by state search would have to be conducted in order for the search to be exhaustive. Having that said, records within each state however are uploaded onto a central state repository.

Death Records Search are very popular. They can be requested at any delegated government agency by mail, telephone, fax or walk-in. These days, the online option over the internet is also offered by the majority of public offices. Not surprisingly, Death Records Online has become the most popular way of retrieving Public Death Records.

Although we can Find Death Records essentially free of charge from public offices, the setback is it usually requires queue and waiting period. The format of records among different agencies is also not standardized so they can be potluck in that sense. For more purposeful searches, people would be better-served with fee-based professional information providers which are abundantly found on all major search engines.

The Laws Of Creativity

Creativity is the process of formulating new ideas and concepts. It is also associated to finding the connection between these thoughts. Looking at creativity from a scientific perspective, creative process (which is also called divergent thought) are said to be original and appropriate.

Another alternative perception of creativity is the simple truth that it is the action of generating something new. It may seem to be quite simple but creativity entails complicated procedures. A closer look on the creativity of a person has derived points of view from various sciences such as social psychology, cognitive science, philosophy, economics, business, management, design research, history, artificial intelligence, psychometrics, behavioral psychology and art.

These conducted studies tackled daily creativity that are both considered to be exceptional and artificial. The difference of creative standpoints to other scientific phenomena is that there is no one definition or perspective of a person’s creativity. This is way different from psychology because it has no standardized gauge when it comes to technique.

Creativity is also associated to the cognitive process of divine intervention involving personality traits, chance and the social environment. Some people claim that creativity is a trait lucky individuals are born with but there are those who believe that it can be learned.

Creativity is often connotated to art and literature because it is essential to invention and innovation. Nonetheless, professions involving economics, industrial design, engineering, science, architecture and business invest in creativity.

As multi-dimensional and ambiguous creativity is, industries have pursued innovative ideas of individuals who are blessed to have this trait. Undeniably, it is important to succeed in life.

Psychological literature has been trying to find the exact definition of creativity but the scope is so vast that it is hard to pinpoint only one. However, by using the etymological root, creativity comes from “creatus” which is Latin for “to have grown.”

More often that not, the first thought of people when talking about creativity is the production of a work such a novel or a movie. This is why a basic connotation is that creative people are found in the arts and entertainment industry.

Therefore the colloquial definition of the word is activities resulting to bringing something new to a basic idea. By imagining new possibilities that had not been thought of before, anything is possible through a creative mind.

There are still distinctions on the creative individual, the creative process, the creative product and the creative environment. These four factors are clearly present when creativity is entailed because these are the dimensions that will trigger results.
The factors affecting these dimensions are originality, unusualness, appropriateness, usefulness and intellect when it comes to coming up with creative output.

It is very necessary to differentiate ideas that are historically creative to those that are psychologically creative. The former are drew out from human history whereas the latter came from the individual mind. By drawing out the roots of these intelligence, creative ideas are resulted from the similar set of rules that are generating on both the historically creative and psychologically creative mind.

Creativity is the presence of insight and inspiration that triggers the thoughts and the actions of the inventor. In pop psychology, creativity is said to be rooted from the right side of the brain because it involves lateral thinking.

But there are those who believe creativity is dependent on chance. In order to come up with a creative work, scientific theories are still involved, therefore one comes up with so many ideas but throws what he would not use.
