Freedom From Smoking The NLP Way
With the smoking ban fast approaching in the U.K., hypnotherapists and NLP practitioners are commonly witnessing more and more demand from people wanting help with smoking cessation. People Building is a training and self-development company that provides NLP and Hypnotherapy training courses in Hertfordshire. In a bid to make NLP and Hypnotherapy quit smoking techniques more widely accessible and available to those who do not want formal therapy, the People Building Team have got together to create “Freedom from Smoking the NLP Way”, a stop smoking e-book. This wonderful smoking cessation resource draws together the tools and techniques that our practitioners have identified as the most effective methods for empowering people to stop smoking.
People Building is proud to publish this stop smoking e-book, an informative and practical solution for those wishing to quit smoking with ease. Using NLP techniques and self hypnosis, this e-book offers a guarantee that you will quit smoking, or you can claim your money back in full!
“Freedom from Smoking the NLP Way” e-book will help you to stop smoking by guiding you through the process of reprogramming habits, beliefs and ways of thinking about yourself, so that you will begin to know yourself as a non-smoker.
The book includes written exercises, as well as practical tasks to practice and new ways to use your language, all of which help to create changes in the unconscious mind, from where the smoking habit is operated
Hypnotherapy has enjoyed a high success rate within the area of smoking cessation. In fact, smoking cessation is one of the most common reasons why people consult hypnotherapists.
Hypnotherapy helps people to deal with the psychological and emotional aspects of smoking cessation, by working directly with the unconscious mind, the part responsible for maintaining habits.
Hypnotherapy works in several ways including: reducing the anxiety associated with stopping smoking, helping people to find the motivations for quitting, installing coping mechanisms and helping people to re-evaluate unconscious beliefs and behaviours associated with smoking. Hypnotherapy can also install positive beliefs so that weight gain is not inevitable.
NLP is particularly effective for those wishing to stop smoking. A large proportion of the way NLP works is about understanding and adjusting the language and communication we each use in our own minds. By using NLP, those wanting to stop smoking, learn more positive and empowering language improving their chances of success. Using clean language is a valuable tool which is not part of any other quit smoking program, as far as we are aware. This quit smoking e-book will teach you many clean language techniques to help you stop smoking for good.
Specific NLP techniques can be used to install new feelings, emotions and associations to cigarettes and tobacco products. This is done using confusion, visualisation, and strategy elicitation. With rehearsal and motivation, changes in the neural networks within the mind can be made quickly, easily and without stress. NLP really is a very simple and effective technology that can be of great benefit to those wishing to stop smoking, in a natural way, with minimal disruption. Throughout this stop smoking e-book, you will be taught NLP techniques specific to smoking, which you would only usually have access to via formal therapy, at a fraction of the cost!
If you are frustrated at being at the mercy of a dirty and controlling habit and would like to stop smoking naturally and easily without expensive nicotine replacement therapy, then its time to take action to benefit from the effective NLP and hypnotherapy techniques this quit smoking e-book has to offer. “Freedom from Smoking the NLP Way” e-book is priced at less then a packet of cigarettes…..

Is there really any freedom in America, when big business can advertise us into killing ourselves from smoking
and overeating? People think they have free will, but then they go do whatever the advertisers tell them to do.
People are still choosing what they want. Don’t pass the buck, take responsibility for your own choices.

If you think about it, exactly what you are ranting about encapsulates the ultimate in freedom. The freedom to destroy yourself. Now what is more American than that?

you watch tv, see a commercial for mcdonalds, and go get a bigmac. isn’t that still your choice? you choose what to watch, how to perceive it, and what to like. millions of people see the same commercials and are also NOT overweight. millions of people also see tabacco commercials and do not smoke.
everything is still your own choice.
do what you want.
it’s called freedom.

no one forces you to eat that extra big mak or light that smoke for you and put it to your lips

Big businesses also run ads to buy cars, real estate and other things that you cannot afford. Do you run out and buy them?
Where does it say that you dont have to take some responsibility for your decisions? From childhood and beyond we hear about the bad results that can and do happen from smoking.
So obviously you choose to not hear those warnings and blame someone else for your mistakes.. Take some responsibility for your own actions. Put the cig down, quit smoking..
Do you continue to eat chocolate bars 2-3 per hour, just because they are advertised? Or do you favor not balooning up to 300-400 lbs and watch your diet?… Same thing. God gave you a mind, and hopefully sound judgement, use those assets and make your choice ‘the better choice’ and quit blaming everyone else for your mistakes..

common sense
Well big companies like McDonald advertise a lot, but I think that so many love eating that they just get so tempted about these commercials that they just go and get like a big mac. Also even when you pass by fast foods they always have those big signs where they sell their food for so cheap, but they are so fat fining and are really bad for you.
For smoking I think that its just the person themselve that start smoking; or in other cases their friends do it. or maybe some popular kid tells some person that they don’t really talk to, so they force tem to start smoking or even in drinking its the same.
