When you give testimony to the state police are they supposed to record it ?
I went to the state police to file a complaint about a local police officer . I asked them if they were going to record it , they told me that they usually do not do so. They charged me with filing a false police report . They fabricated and witheld most of my testimony .
You have a better chance of winning the lottery then getting a police officer investigated by internal affairs, they will go to ANY length to protect their own,including lies falsifying evidence and the list goes on. The best way is video evidence, and make copies and give to family and close friends in the event something should happen to you they have the tapes to persue your endeavers.NEVER go to another police agency to report on another, they will go to extremes to protect one another.
I did that once and wrote a statement, they did not record it though.good luck, that’s tough to go against a police department, they tend to protect their own.
