What I do know, is that there was a man (can’t find the youtube link right now) that testified before congress that he was payed to create, and successfully created, undetectable software that would flip votes. The videos were regarding Diebold (sp?) machines. What was done about it was nothing. No critical investigation. To me, the testimony was just a tip of the iceberg, and no one has done anything.
