Every Military job has some sort of civilian counter part for training, equipment development etc. Those jobs are very narrow and specific. if you are looking for max opportunity medical or law enforcement would probably be your best bet. Some of the more unique jobs have some good opportunities but they are very competitive, scarce. Usually you will need to have more time in, more training and experience than you will get in one enlistment.
11B is good for law enforcement
Any Military job will get you hiring preference on other government jobs.

watercraft, satellite comm would get you a technical job
psycholocgical, metal health, heathcare would help towards a medical related job.
the rest would help you get a police job, and alittle more sophisticated cia or fbi which requires some computer knowledge.
All these jobs would help you get a police job.

Intel Analyst or one of the Medical specialties will probably get you the most money in the long run- especially if you deploy to a hostile location to support military operations. Some people look down on you for being a "dirt-bag" contractor, but if you’re good, you’re providing a vital role and continuity the military just can provide from within.
