thanks for being so tactful, but people are dense. I’m new to your audience so I don’t know your viewer-ship, but imo, you should call a spade a spade. Folks need to understand they will have desperate times and tough decisions ahead. Mental toughness will be a requirement of all parties, if you accept weak minds into your group, you will have to lead, acting as their resolve; this can take a lot out of a rookie.

i worked 10 years in residential treatment for emotionally disturbed boys…basically it was my job to participate in the “brainwashing and re-education” of these kids…isolation and dislocation are very important components of the process…disorientation is the first step turning them…same for us..
