what would be a good example of a basic day, or things i would learn.

They print fliers, they have vehicles with audio tapes hooked up to speaker systems, some have sounds like an infant crying (this CAN mess with your head), tanks moving in force, wolf howls, propaganda messages. Their job is to demoralize the enemy as much as possible. I have seen them at work in training and deployed.
Probably basics in psychologic warfare.The same method the police use to have suspects surrender themselves when barricaded.
Playing loud music to deprive them of sleep and stuff like that.
