There already is something called Social Engineering, I don’t know if it is what you are referring to.
EDIT: From what I gather it is just a term largely used derogatorily by Libertarians and the like at anyone who wants to change existing laws that they don’t agree with.
But technically it refers to influencing society on a large scale. So I mean, anyone from Hitler to Gandhi practiced Social Engineering.
If you take any journalism class they teach you the "Art of Persuasion." It’s really what the person does with it that makes the difference.
What’s interesting to me is that if you get a degree in marketing or advertising, you take classes in how to influence people psychologically, subconscious factors in buying decisions, etc. You learn how to appeal to people subliminally. It is arguably social engineering taught in schools (albeit not political).

GREAT QUESTION. Its Secret Societies (College Fraternities) that are responsible for this nonsense. These people believe that you are a slave living on their plantation, and that they have the right to decide what race your child sleeps with. I was sexually assaulted by these people, as a child. White flight is the philosophy which is the brainstorm of these Secret Societies. Most whites have heard of it, and know how this is supposed to work, but is there any whites that would want to follow any of these people. I would hardly see the rank and file Mason as being anything that we would want to preserve, or follow when white flight takes place. And the higher ups in these fraternities need to have a noose around their neck!
