Do you think the government practices "social engineering" in underhanded ways?

I was just thinking about how dumb Americans were.

Ever since America went to a volunteer armed forces system, jobs have been leaving the country in droves. Now, for all the ranting against welfare and paying people a decent wage, funny enough, the military offers free health care, free or subsidized housing, free and discounted meals and groceries and basically cash money to spend at your leisure. This is for the military, a huge entity that largely contributes nothing for the American economy, but rather takes.

If those jobs were still in America, the volunteer system wouldn’t work. Because the jobs mysteriously have been outsourced, basically, many men and women are forced to join to have a decent life. How is this different from welfare? It’s actually worse! I hate to break it to you youngsters on here, but our military is not a self-defense force! Don’t pull that argument!

Also, look at the problem with Japan. The birth rate there has plummeted so badly, they are having to consider importing foreign labor. They are not as open to foreigners like the West.

Now look at America, Britain and Australia, like that. We actually reward single mothers for having kids. Don’t you think that is deliberate? Now, not only do you have all the good jobs being outsourced, the government encourages poor women to have kids to survive. What are these children going to do when they grow up?

Join the Army. That’s underhanded social engineering at work.

No… because there is nothing underhanded about it. Been going on for decades. The best way to have control over someone is to make them dependent on you. Eventually absolute dependence gives absolute control.
