I’m currently beginning to construct my senior project proposal. The topic I chose to focus on was social engineering. Having read Kevin Mitnick’s books and numerous pages and text files on the internet, I know a thing or two about social engineering, my only problem is, how do I develop a senior project around that?

Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Since I have to be done with my proposal by Thursday, this in a time sensitive thread so please respond hasty!

If you didn’t have any project in mind and just randomly picked Social Engineering as a topic, I would find a different topic.

Also there are questions as to whether "social engineering" is really "engineering" or a field at all.
