Sea Shepherd illegally launching projectiles

This video was made while Sea Shepherd was in the Southern Ocean illegally harassing the Japanese mariners.

The cowards have accelerated their attack upon the Japanese mariners by launching deadly projectiles. The projectiles themselves may be harmless. However once launched as a projectile with propulsion if it comes into contact with a human, can be deadly or cause serious injury.

Sea Shepherd called off their illegal harassment early this season as they did the last whaling season. They have slithered to sanctuary in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. While Sea Shepherd is basking in Hobart, the Japanese continue their whaling. How many whales is Sea Shepherd saving while in dock in Hobart? Another failed anti whaling season.

Tim Tebow Super Bowl Commercial

The Indianapolis Colts and the New Orleans Saints at the super Bowl we saw a commercial by the group “Focus on the Family” during the pre-show.

It was about Heisman Trophy winner, quarterback Timmy Tebow. Feminists groups across the USA objected to CBS allowing the commercial even before it aired. The commercial was with Tim’s mother, Pam talking about her son.

See the feminist groups who are pro-abortion, not pro-choice feared what Mrs. Tebow might say during this commercial. When Mrs. Tebow was pregnant with Timmy, she was advised to have an abortion to save her life.

Mrs. Pam Tebow made a pro-choice decision and her choice was life as she refused an abortion. Both mother and son survived the birth. Young Timmy grew to play football, quarterback for Florida State and earned the prestigious Heisman Trophy.

The so-called pro-choice feminists are only pro-choice if the choice is an abortion. Because if the choice is life / birth, the abortion mills make no money.

National Day of Prayer deep sixed

Since 1952 the United States of America has had a National Day of Prayer as established by Congress, and in 1988 set to the first Thursday in May. Federal Judge Barbara Crabb appointed by President Carter (Democrat) has ruled the National Day of Prayer to be unconstitutional.

Apparently this Democrat judge is not familiar with the Constitution, specifically the First Amendment which reads:

“Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise there of;…”

Most victims of American public schools in the last 30 years are only aware of the first ten words. The National Day of Prayer did not establish or recognize a religion as it was open to all people of faith. The judge’s ruling on the National Day of Prayer in effect violates the First Amendment part, “….or prohibiting the free exercise there of…..”

However to the Democratic Party leadership the Constitution is nothing but an annoyance to ignore. Now apparently their judicial appointments are of the same mind.

First President of the United States, President George Washington in 1789 issued a Thanksgiving Proclamation mentioning the “almighty God,” and referenced “…the great Lord and Ruler of Nations…” Did George Washington one of the delegates to the Constitution Convention violate the very document he help authored?

The National Day of Prayer is a day for people of all faiths, Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, etc., to engage in prayer. That special day is not unconstitutional, but to rule it is violates the constitutional, that is unconstitutional. Democrat Jude Crabb, should be ashamed of herself.

Sea Shepherd rammed the Yushin Maru No.3

The garbage scow Bob Barker belonging to Sea Shepherd (or “She” Shepherd?) rammed the Japanese Antarctic whale research ship Yushin Maru No.3.

As of this posting no video from the Japanese is available. However viewing She Shepherd’s video:

It is clear the two ships were sailing towards one another, when the Yushin Maru No.3 turned to the right, however not soon or fast enough to avoid the ramming by Sea Shepherd’s Bob Barker.

She Shepherd boast about the ships they have rammed in the past by posting on the side of their rust buckets the flags and names of their victim ships. One such victim they boast about ramming in the past was the “Yushin Maru No.3.” The same ship they now claim rammed them. So if the Yushin Maru No.3 did ram them, how come the girly-men are whining about it when they did the same to that ship?

During the recent incident with the sunken Ady Gil the Bob Barker was sailing under the Norwegian flag when it is registered in New Zealand. The Norwegain Foreign Minister sent Sea Shepherd a letter admonishing them for that. During this recent incident the Bob Barker garbage scow still have the Norwegian flag hoisted on their flag pole.

4—The Democrats reduced money to state and local governments for jailing illegal immigrants convicted of crimes.
5—Some of those earmarks are:
$1.9 million for a water taxi to Pleasure Beach, Conn.
$3.8 million for an urban art trail in Rochester, N.Y.
$3.1 million for upgrades to an 88-year-old canal boat museum in New York
$3 million for bicycle racks in Washington, D.C.’s Georgetown area
$1.5 million for a streetscape project around a Detroit casino
$578,000 to fight homelessness in Union, N.Y., a town that reportedly has no homeless people
$550,000 for a skateboard park in Pawtucket, R.I.
$500,000 for fish food for Missouri fish farmers
$400,000 to renovate a vacant building in Jal, N.M.
$380,350 to encourage West Virginia landowners to grow ginseng and shiitake mushrooms
$90,000 for a shared kitchen for food service entrepreneurs

7—Cuban government arrested an American citizen. The New York Times reported Saturday that the American is a U.S. government contractor who was working on behalf of the Obama administration distributing cell phones, laptops and other communications equipment in Cuba.
Why are we distributing cell phones, laptops, and other communications equipment in Cuba? Who is paying for this?
8—Democrat Senator from New York Chuck Schumer apologized after word got out that he called a flight attendant a female dog (using the vulgar vernacular – he cursed) for ordering him to follow the rules and turn off his cell phone before take-off.
9—Obama promised to close GITMO. He did not close it; all he did was to transfer GITMO to the state of Illinois.
10–Copenhagen climate talks, Hillary Clinton pledge to help mobilize $100 billion a year by 2020 to assists poor nations shift to green growth. $100 billion a year for how many years? $100 billion from whom? The bankrupt USA?

Terrorist trials in New York City

Eric Holder, Attorney General (and Democrat) for the United States government decided to hold five terrorist from Guantanamo Bay (GITMO) for trail in the City of New York for orchestrating the 2001 9/11 attacks (happened in New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC).

Mr. Holder said this decision was made after consulting with this wife (what about the dog?). Saying President Obama was not consulted, better known as plausible deniability. The five barbarian terrorist are: Khalid Shikh Mohammed, Waleed bin Attash, Ramzi Binalshibh, Mustafa Ahmad al-Hawsawi, and Aliabd al-Azizali.

Some people are wondering where they will find a jury of their peers in New York City. However the constitution does not call for a jury of peers. That is a concept under English Common Law. Since the United States has a written constitution, English Common Law has no relevance here. The Sixth Amendment to the Constitution comes into play guaranteeing an impartial jury. Where? Can an impartial jury be located in New York City? Perhaps this is where we may defer to English Common Law. It would be rather easy to locate twelve Americans who hate America just as much as these terrorist thus giving them a jury of their peers. The twelve may be (in order as they appear in the video:

Navy Seals facing assault charges

Fallujah, Iraq, March 31, 2004: Blackwater agents were transporting supplies for a catering company when they were ambushed and killed by gunfire and grenades. Barbaric terrorist burned the bodies and dragged them through the city.

A quickly swelling crowd of barbarians then beat the burned bodies (with anything in hand, including shoes), dragged them through the streets, and hung two of them from a nearby Euphrates River bridge. Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

The three heroic American Navy Seals are and charged:

Matthew McCabe, a Special Operations Petty Officer Second Class (SO-2), is facing three charges: dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee, making a false official statement, and assault.

Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe, SO-2, is facing charges of dereliction of performance of duty and making a false official statement.

Petty Officer Julio Huertas, SO-1, faces those same charges and an additional charge of impediment of an investigation.

The Soviet military had commissars; the USA military not to be outdone have lawyers and political correctness. Thanksgiving Day we give thanks to God

The Thanksgiving holiday in the United States is a day set aside for Americans to give thanks to God for all our blessings. So why do atheist celebrate this day or how can they?

It is a day in recognition when the Pilgrims celebrated their blessings in the New World in the early 1600′s. Then in 1777 the Continental Congress issued a Thanksgiving proclamation. Here is part of that proclamation:

“FOR AS MUCH as it is the indispensable Duty of all Men to adore the superintending Providence of Almighty God; to acknowledge with Gratitude their Obligation to him for Benefits received, and to implore such farther Blessings as they stand in Need of:”

They mentioned God? Did they not know of the hallucinated establishment clause? Perhaps not as the proclamation was written ten years before the Constitutional Convention.

Then in 1789 the first president of the United States, George Washington also issued a Thanksgiving proclamation. In part:

“Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor – and Whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me ‘to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.’”

How can George Washington claim ignorance of the establishment clause when he was one of the 55 delegates to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia in 1787? Perhaps further proof the establishment clause is a hallucinated clause.

In 1863 President Abraham Lincoln also issued a Thanksgiving proclamation, in part:

“No human counsel hath devised nor hath any mortal hand worked out these great things. They are the gracious gifts of the Most High God, who, while dealing with us in anger for our sins, hath nevertheless remembered mercy.”

Another president who also ignored the hallucinated establishment clause. Along with every president since President Lincoln to have issued Thanksgiving proclamations.

This video is to illustrate how God and Thanksgiving are both intertwined in this national holiday. It is a day Americans of all faiths reflect upon their blessings and give thanks to God for them. All though the political leftist have been trying to expunge any mention of God from the public square, they would be hard pressed to do so with this national holiday.

President Obama bows in Japan

Earlier in 2009 President Barack Obama while attending the G20 Economic Summit in London, UK (United Kingdom), president of these here United States of America, bowed before the King of Saudi Arabia, King Abdulla. This created a bit of stir in the United States (USA).

To bow to a foreign head of state is to in essence admit to subservience. Americans do not wish to see their presidents bow in subservience.

Recently President Obama was in Tokyo, Japan (Tokyo Imperial Palace) visiting Emperor Akihito of Japan. In the Presidents greeting, he once again bowed to a foreign monarch. However in this situation, the circumstances were a bit different. It is not the custom in London or Saudi Arabia for one to bow to another as a form or respectful greeting. In Japan a bow is a form of a respectful greeting. It is not a gesture of subservience.

President Obamas mistake was he bowed at a 90 degree angle instead of the Japanese customary bow of 45 degrees. To bow at 90 degrees is a form of an apology for a perceived transgression. Another mistake was, the traditional bow is done with both hands at ones side, not bowing while shaking hands as President Obama did.

President Obama was not the first U.S. president to bow to a Japanese Emperor. In 1971 in Washington, DC, President Richard Nixon in a gesture of greeting bowed to Japanese Emperor Hirohito.
