TSA Kills Off Screening Partnership Program

The Screening Partnership Program was designed to allow airports to opt out of the government supplied TSA inspectors and opt instead for hiring private security contractors at the nation’s airports. At the height of the program about 16 airports around the country participated. Initially the TSA remained neutral on the program, and had voiced no objection to the continuation of the program.

At the end of January, the TSA did an about face. An application by the airport in Branson to privatize their security services was denied. Chief of the TSA, John Pistole, stated that he saw no advantage to the program and its expansion past the airports that private security firms are already in place in.

Privatization of airport screeners has many advantages. Both private screeners and TSA agents are held to the highest of security standards, wear the same uniforms, and report to the same agencies. The main difference is in the ability to hold screeners accountable for their actions.

TSA agents at this point are above the law. They answer only to the TSA and DHS goons that hired them, and there seems to be little if any accountability. We have seen rampant abuses by this agency and nothing

has been done to hold their feet to the fire, so to speak.

With a privatized security force, the public would have a better shot at filing legitimate charges against one or more of these individuals when they assault or harass law abiding Americans. Now, there is no choice. The TSA has taken over.

I think the TSA is trying to close a loophole in their program, as more and more Americans realize that what the DHS and TSA goons are doing is bordering on criminal activity. We have mistakenly given these agencies power over the masses under the guise of national security, and we allow them to trample on the individual rights our forefathers fought a revolution to gain. We have not learned from history, and as a consequence I believe at this point, unless something changes drastically, we are doomed to repeat it.

The Vatican has long been involved in influencing Government policies,economic policies, and vast programs for social engineering.
